Swing Tune-Up is an AI-driven golf swing analyzer app designed to facilitate comprehensive practice analysis for users. It offered automated recording and annotation tools to help users refine their golf techniques. The platform enables users to share tips for improving their golf swing and compare their performance with that of an expert.

BACKGROUND
The company Base 16 inc. launched the mobile application Swing Tune-Up, designed to assist golf enthusiasts in analyzing their golf swing practice and improving their techniques. The team aimed to redesign and rebrand the platform to attract more users and enhance their golf performance. My role involved crafting a visual strategy to ensure that our design decisions aligned with the company's goals and objectives. I collaborated closely with developers to translate user needs into innovative design solutions. Additional, I created branding materials and promotional assets for the app launch to ensure consistency across all touch-points. One of my key accomplishments was successfully redesigning the app interface to improve user engagement and retention, resulting in a 4.8 rating on the app store.

ARCHITECTURE
Before starting the project, Swing Tune-Up initially focused on logging daily golf performances and refining their golf techniques. To attract more users and maintain high engagement, our team integrated statistics and goal settings to provide comprehensive reporting. Additionally, our second objective is to facilitate the sharing of valuable tips within the community.

Detect one or multiple golf swings when importing a video from your own album. After saving the import, enable users to view it later in the browser page.

For new users, introduce a simple but clear description of how to analyze the video.
Provide the playback setting to enable auto-progress, allowing all videos to play continuously from the browser page, and auto-pause, which pauses each swing phase marked on the timeline bar below the selected video.
Implement the speed setting to play the video either slower or faster.
Include annotation tools, such as joints, guides, heading and spine tracking, swing arc, drawing, metrics, and impact and wrist zoom.
